Eggs

Hi everyone.

Last week, when I was watching TV, my eyes captured a youth from Andhra Pradesh organically raising poultry. His program has given me a boost and enthusiasm to write this post on eggs, which is one of the organic foods that we are dealing with.Organic egg production is the production of eggs using organic methods. In this process, the poultry are fed organic feed and are not raised in cages. When you eat organic eggs, you know the hen’s feed did not contain any animal by-products, synthetic fertilizers, sewage slime, most pesticides, and other unsavory ingredients.

Process for organic egg:The chickens need to be cage-free, fed an organic diet grown without pesticides, managed without antibiotics ( usually seen in present times), and hormones, and have seasonal access to the outdoors. It is possible when there is a big space where pens are used to protect the chickens and their eggs from predators like hawks, foxes, etc.

Let us know about the health benefits of organic eggs.

  • Loaded with vitamins
  • Good for the heart
  • Resources in weight management
  • Good on the eyes
  • Stimulates Healthy Skin
  • Feeds the brain and liver functions.

Organic eggs taste better. Right away, you will notice that the yolk is more orange than yellow. In color, it has more flavor than conventional eggs.

Conclusion:

Eating up to three whole eggs per day is safe. There’s no proof that going beyond that is harmful. Eggs are pretty cheap and easy to prepare to go with almost any food and taste awesome. Its perfect nature is food.
