Ayurveda

Hello !

In this article, I bring you the importance of Ayurveda in healing many diseases by using medicinal herbs.Since childhood, I relied on ayurvedic medicines, which had no side effects from using them.It is a traditional system of Indian medicine. This is widely practiced in different parts of Asia. and it is the best example of a well-organized system. of traditional health care, both preventive and curative .

History

Ayurveda originated in India, probably as much as 3000 years ago. A large percentage of the population uses this system exclusively or in combination with modern medicine. Vaisheshika ( ancient schools of Hindu Philosophical teachings ) and Nyaya ( school of logic) has it’s foundations laid in Ayurveda. Both schools preached different inferences and perceptions of patient conditions.Ayurveda is supposed to be divine, from the Hindu God Brahma, who is the creator of the universe. From the master, the knowledge of traditional medicines was passed on to the disciples, and then to the common man through various writings and oral narrations.

The Principles of Ayurveda

Ayurveda realizes that the entire universe is composed of five elements:Vayu, Akash,Prithvi and Teja

TheseĀ  five elements are referred to as Pancha Mahabhoota in Ayurveda. Vata dosha, pitta dosha, and Kapha dosha are collectively called “Tridoshas” and they control the basic physiological functions of the body .Ayurveda is attributed to Dhanvantari, the physician to the gods in Hindu mythology, who received it from Brahma.

Ayurvedic medicine aims to restore health by understanding the underlying causes of diseases. It cures the root problem, not just the symptoms. Ayurveda detoxification cleanses, strengthens the body tissues, and balances the three bodily doshas; imbalances in doshas lead to diseases.
