ASWAGADHA ( Withania somnifera)

Introduction

We had a family get-together last Sunday. At that get-together party, we had a fun time with my cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandparents. The main theme was “our ancient culture” ( Mulalu). We need to express our views on ancient cultures and traditions and how to lead a healthy life without using pills, i.e., using natural and organic methods. It’s my turn to express my views on using herbal medicine Ashwagandha. Everyone looked sceptical about herbal medicine’s ability to reduce stress levels and maintain a peaceful lifestyle. There was silence at the party and everyone showed a keen interest in knowing about our ancient herbal medicine, “Ashwagandha.”
