Kabaddi is a popular contact sport that originated in India. It is played between two teams of seven players each, with the aim of tagging as many players as possible while switching to the other side while each player  holds their breath and yells “kabaddi”. of  The  game is played in two parts, each lasting 20 minutes, with a 5-minute break in between. Points are scored by the player who successfully switches to the other side and returns to his side without being hit by an enemy. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.  Kabaddi is a physically demanding sport that requires agility, strength and endurance. It is popular in India and is played at both amateur and professional levels. The sport is also practiced in other countries such as Iran, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal and is recognized by the International Kabaddi Federation.
